## Main projects

- [Bornomala](https://konkomaji.github.io/bornomala/): Non-commercial research toward a Bengali-first, dialect-aware language model. The first release is a Bengali tokenizer that keeps conjunct characters intact. Source: https://github.com/konkomaji/bornomala
- [Betar](https://github.com/betarcomms/betar): Offline mesh messaging and safety app for Android. Phones relay messages over Bluetooth LE and Wi-Fi Direct with no SIM, internet or server. Chat, SOS, disaster bulletin and resource boards, offline maps. Core protocol: Project Mesh (https://github.com/betarcomms/project-mesh), written in Rust. AGPL-3.0, pre-alpha.
- [Cholochitro Diary](https://cholochitrodiary.com/): A free film diary for Bengali cinema, like Letterboxd. Users log films, rate them out of ten, write reviews, keep a watchlist, make lists and follow friends.
- [GeoTag Camera](https://konkomaji.com/geotagcamera/): An open-source GPS map camera for Android. Free and ad-free. It stamps photos with a map, GPS coordinates, address and time, and signs them on the device so edits can be detected. Source: https://github.com/konkomaji/geotagcamera
- [WordPress MCP](https://github.com/konkomaji/wordpress-mcp): A WordPress plugin that turns a site into a remote Model Context Protocol server, so any MCP client can do SEO, AEO, GEO, WooCommerce and content work on the site. Every change is logged and reversible.
